Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GREATS, but if the fit isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn sneakers in their original shoebox and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
